Tasks completed:
- Support additional location types (state, county, city)
- Support all stat variables (more than 5800)
- Add option to include provenance information (see settings panel)
- Implement R code generation option 2 (use R library to retrieve the data from DC)
- Add option to append temporal information to the variable name
- Add Feedback button (right hand side of the screen)
- Add content ‘About’ and ‘Contact us’ dialogs
- Fixed some bugs and other minor improvements (edited)
