1. MSRD Account
You can request an account by contacting the Microsoft Security Risk Detection Team. Provide the email address associated with your account and make sure to indicate you are requesting access to the MSRD REST API.
2. Obtain an API token
To obtain an API Token please complete the following steps:
Login to your MSRD account
Click on Settings menu option found at the top right corner of the page
Under the API Tokens section enter a token name and press tab to set an expiration period then click ADD.
If accepted, a dialog box will appear with the generated token. It is important to keep note of the token for later use.
Tidbit: It is not a requirement to have an Azure subscription or an Azure storage account if the test files are already publically available from an http address.
