Stability and feature release

With this release we're finally able to replicate all of the non-logging function in the original Node bot. Still no database, but the actual DJ/listener functions seem to be all working now. Also fixes the "trigggered snag" bug which would snag a song when another listener snagged it, but would place the song at the top of the playlist so that it got played almost immediately. Now snags properly add the song to the end of the playlist.
