Theme adds support for KDE Plasma corner resizing and top_left_arrow for GTK2/X apps. Build script improved, now works with (and depends on) latest version of Inkscape.

Renamed the theme from Numix{-Light} to Numix-Cursor{-Light} to avoid conflicts with the name of the icon theme (icon & cursor themes live in the same directory). Also a change to packaging which means the repo now just contains the source and the releases on GitHub contain the built packages.

Initial release of the theme. Was technically e92186d but added an extra cheeky commit so that the LICENSE is included.
