Updated the URLs and Settings of Lightcast.com to match the our new Premium CDN
Motivation and Context
Lightcast.com has upgraded our CDN and the server URLs have been updated.
How Has This Been Tested?
Replaced JSON in local install and ran test streams
Types of changes
Breaking change - Lightcast.com service will soon no longer work with old URLs
