Real time chat application by using django channel

Update 1:

1. Add the functionality of uploading images (any extension) in chat app
2. images will be stored in Cloudinary, and the URl is stored in Jsonfield() with the key "image_url"

Update 2:

1. users can upload file of following extensions: .txt , .docx .ppt , .pdf, and .csv
2. Improve the UI of chat app (start_chat.html)

Update 3:

1. users can upload video file of any extensions.
2. Use video.js to add this feature : upload video file
3. video size must be less than or equal to 20 Mb
