This project defines a fully automated system to monitor the vehicles crossing the zebra-crossing at the traffic signal and fine those vehicles. It will help traffic police in tracking vehicles more efficiently. It includes various domains such as object detection, algorithms for overlapping, vehicle detection and number plate detection. In this project, Machine learning models are designed and implemented to locate and detect LP as well as character recognition of LP. In this project, an application will be designed using Flutter and Dart. This application will ask the user i.e., traffic police to choose any one out of these given options. It will represent information regarding vehicles which either have crossed the zebra crossing or not, at the traffic signal.
