I wrote these since the last time I did this, I forgot about adding them to the appropriate Zulip stream.

We've discussed since retiring the mailing lists or using them less, so maybe we can change this to posting in our private Zulip stream?

I'd suggest adding a section at the bottom with our process for moving people to alumni when they're no longer active (incl. removing from the Zulip stream, etc.)

Another comment on that same line: would "a team member" here mean that contributors (since they aren't members) cannot nominate people for contributor status? That has happened a few times already IIRC.
