Begginer-Rock-Paper-Scissors

Here is the code for my tutorial on rock paper scissors for beginner! The rps_tutorial.py and rock_paper_scissors.py have two diffeent ways of writing the if statements so feel free to experiment and see which one seems easier to read. I would go with the one I showed in my video
