Going true to its name

Since the name of this strat is MultiMA, I think it's only fitting if the buy signal only be triggered if 2 MAs are satisfied, instead of previous one when the buy signal can be triggered even if only 1 MA is satified.

Same thing for sell signal, where I added 1 more sell signal, but both on OR condition
