Codes related to the project "Threshold-based epidemic dynamics in systems with memory"
It is a skeleton structure for epidemic modelling using SIR models.
We address the calibration of SEIR-like epidemiological models from daily reports of COVID-19 infections in New York City, during the period 01-Mar-2020 to 22-Aug-2020. Our models account for different types of disease severity, age range, sex and spatial distribution. The manuscript related to such simulations can be found in https://arxiv.org/…
Na tomto úložišti můžeme najít kód, který byl naprogramován k Středoškolské odborné činnost - Využití p-adických čísel v modelování šíření epidemie - Hronová Anna.
Combine and visualize predictions of international periodically updated COVID-19 pandemic models for countries with subnational level estimates: Canada
A free API that that simulates the epidemic model SIR. Accepts values for different parameters and responds in JSON format.
Vectored GPU based compartmental simulations. Easy to use. With some ABC (Approximate Bayesian Computation) utils
Последняя версия симулятора распространения эпидемии и конкуренции разных видов инфекций.
The MetaWards R package. This supports easy install of MetaWards R bindings from GitHub
Tool to visualize disease spread based on input data.
A repository to store all of my epidemiological predictive models, including a basic SIR model and it's modifications. This repository also has some other fun models, including the SIInZD model for zombie outbreaks, and a model to predict the population growth of the Diclonious race from Elfen Lied. These models are written in C++ and use OpenMP.

methods for inference using CTMC SIR models
A heavy, slow and simple code to simulate a pandemic on NetLogo. Lots of improvement to be added soon!
Project for the Computational Statistics course of the MSc in Mathematical Engineering @ Polimi (A.Y. 2022-2023).
SARS-CoV-2 disease model
Agent-based simulation of SARS-CoV-2 spread in a small company, with different countermeasures tested (face masks, contact tracing, vaccination).
Compare disease transmission in a social network with universal mixing
Симулятор распространения эпидемии и конкуренции разных видов инфекций. Версия 2.0. Добавлены модификаторы условий (ландшафты).
This repository contains reproducible research on an epidemiological model for understanding COVID-19 spreading rates, as part of the DTU Data Science course 22100: R for Bio Data Science
