A little more than 20 years ago, Nordelta was a wetland area. It is a ecosystem with permanent or intermittent flooding, key freshwater reserves and hosts of a great biodiversity. Currently, this neighborhood is an artificial habitat that emulates the natural one with residential complexes around artificial bodies of water.
