Describe the bug
During update Joomla4, RC4 to JCE 2.9.10:

22PO2,7, ERROR:invalid input syntax for integer:‘‘‘‘LINE3:...=‘pkg_jce AND type = ‚package‘AND client_id =‘AND fol … ^``

Version 2.9.10

maybe a matter of: PostgreSQL?

Does the install / update work for you in Joomla 3.x?

User on german forum told me, that he started with Joomla 4 directly. Thank you for your investigation
