Basic Usage

ConfuserEx can be simple to use! Just follow the following few steps:

1. Open ConfuserEx!
2. Select the 'Project' tab
3. Drag your files into the space
4. Go to the 'Settings' tab
5. Select '<Global settings>'
   ConfuserEx can have settings that applies to all files or just a single file. for simplicity we applies to all files here.
6. Click the '+' button to add a new protection rule
   Protection rules tell ConfuserEx how to protect your files. For details please read the other parts of the documentation.
7. Click the edit button (with the icon of a pencil)
8. Select a protection preset.
   A protection preset is some protections classified by their strength and stability. Normal preset should work for most users.
9. Go to 'Protect!' tab and click 'Protect! button
10. You're done! Isn't it simple?
