Addon Instalation

1. Open GxAV.py

2. Hit right mouse button on "RAW" button, then save file as…

3. Open "User Preferences" in Blender

4. In Addon tab choose "Instal from file…", and open downloaded file

5. Enable GxAV script (in User category)

Since now you should get script UI in Scene tab (on the bottom)
