This pull request introduces trace directives to enhance the traceability of processes in the TOFU-MAaPO. The added #TRACE n_rows= directives provide insights into the number of rows processed
Concerns:
Scope of Directives: Currently, only #TRACE n_rows= directives have been included. I am open to suggestions on additional directives or improvements to provide a more comprehensive traceability solution.
Selective Inclusion: While trace directives have been inserted in all processes, I believe that not all processes are CPU-consuming. It may be unnecessary to include directives in such cases. I am open to refining the scope based on feedback.
Additionally, I plan to invite Ben Sherman, the developer of Tesseract, to evaluate the result.
